This database comprises data on Age, Gender, Height, Weight, Subjective Socioeconomic Status, Exercise Addiction, Non-Suicidal Self-Injury, Resilience, Anxiety, as well as the corresponding Z-scores for each variable. Its primary objective is to investigate the presence of mediating or moderating effects among the variables of Exercise Addiction, Non-Suicidal Self-Injury, Resilience, and Anxiety. Variables related to individual characteristics are treated as control variables to minimize potential errors arising from individual differences. All data were collected via questionnaires administered to university students in China. The dataset has been fully anonymized prior to submission. All Direct Identifiers have been removed. the data is strictly de-identified in accordance with ethical standards. The study protocol and data collection procedures were reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (Approval No. BUPT-P-2026051 Participants provided informed consent stating that their de-identified data might be used for academic publication and data sharing.
