VPRS 1894 County Court Register

This series consists of the registers of the sittings of the County Court which was responsible for judgments in more substantial civil actions. Details given in the registers are the number of the plaint, the date of hearing, the name and address of the plaintiff and defendant, the nature of the action and amount of claim, dates of execution and of return of warrant, the amount levied and remarks.Subject to further research.

本系列数据集收录郡法院（County Court）的庭审记录登记簿，该法院负责审理重大民事诉讼案件并作出裁判。登记簿所载信息包括：诉状（plaint）编号、庭审日期、原被告姓名及住址、案件性质与索赔金额、执行令（warrant）的执行与返还日期、征收金额及备注事项。本数据集仍有待进一步研究完善。
