ABSTRACT This research investigates the influence of technology readiness on the acceptance of mobile payment services in Brazil, a growing technology within payment methods. The study analyses the relationship between constructs widely used in the literature on technology acceptance - such as perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use - and constructs related to financial services, such as trust and perceived quality. It also evaluates how technology readiness (Parasuraman, 2000) influences these constructs. The authors conducted a survey with 402 participants to test the proposed model, analyzing the data via structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that trust, usefulness, and perceived quality of mobile payment services directly influence mobile payment acceptance.

摘要 本研究探讨技术就绪度(Technology Readiness)对巴西移动支付服务接受度的影响——移动支付是当前支付方式中日益发展的技术类服务。本研究分析了技术接受领域文献中广泛使用的各类构念(Constructs),如感知有用性、感知易用性,同时纳入与金融服务相关的构念,包括信任与感知质量,并评估了帕拉休拉曼(Parasuraman, 2000)提出的技术就绪度对上述构念的影响。研究团队招募402名受访者开展问卷调查以验证所提出的研究模型,并通过结构方程模型(Structural Equation Modeling, SEM)对采集的数据进行分析。结果显示,移动支付服务的信任、感知有用性与感知质量,会直接影响用户的移动支付接受度。
