Salinity in arid and semi-arid pasture is one of a serious problem for grazing production. Phyllosphere bacteria play important role in protecting plant growth and health. However, less knowledge of salinity effects on phyllosphere bacteria. In this study, we analysed assembly and salinity of phyllosphere on grass using Miseq. We want to known : 1) Whether bacteria microbiota communities inhabiting on phyllosphere assembly consistent with soil? If so, are these bacteria communities effected by different saline soil? 2) What the difference in core phyllosphere bacteria between different salinity?
