本数据集包含基于三维电镜重构的小鼠听觉皮层的突触分割数据。大脑中的神经网络由神经元通过复杂的突触连接构成,神经元编码、处理和存储信息从根本上依赖于突触的连接模式以及在此基础之上的协调活动,解析突触的连接模式对理解大脑的结构与功能至关重要。本数据集中包含了听觉恐惧记忆实验组和对照组的小鼠听觉皮层突触的三维形态数据,可用于分析突触结构和连接模式的变化与信息存储的关系。

This dataset encompasses synaptic segmentation data of the mouse auditory cortex reconstructed via three-dimensional electron microscopy. Neural networks in the brain are formed by neurons connected via complex synaptic junctions. The encoding, processing, and storage of information by neurons fundamentally rely on synaptic connectivity patterns and the coordinated neural activities based on these connections. Deciphering such connectivity patterns is critically important for understanding the structure and function of the brain. This dataset further includes three-dimensional morphological data of synapses in the auditory cortex of mice from both auditory fear memory experimental groups and control groups, which facilitates analysis of the correlations between alterations in synaptic structure and connectivity patterns and information storage.
