Host-symbiont respiration related to symbiont density; anemones from Key Largo from (AnemoneOA project)

<p>Results of laboratory experiments examining the respiratory capacity in a natural population of the sea anemone<em> Exaiptasia pallida</em>.&nbsp; This dataset details the relationships between host and symbiont respiration per symbiont density.&nbsp; Respiratory demand was assessed by both whole organismal oxygen consumption as well as in vitro mitochondrial activity via the enzyme citrate synthase.</p>

<p>本数据集为针对自然种群海葵<em>Exaiptasia pallida</em>呼吸代谢能力开展的实验室实验结果。本数据集详细阐明了宿主与共生体在单位共生体密度下的呼吸代谢关联。本研究通过完整生物体耗氧量测定，以及基于柠檬酸合酶（citrate synthase）活性的体外线粒体活性检测两种途径，对呼吸需求进行了评估。</p>
