Expected outputs for the demo of the source code accompanying "Spatial learning in feature-impoverished environments in <i>Drosophila" (</i>Yang Chen, Robert Alfredson, Dorsa Motevalli, Ulrich Stern, Chung-Hui Yang, bioRxiv 2024.09.28.615625; doi: https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.09.28.615625).<br>The files consist of a log reporting results by fly (__analyze.log), a CSV containing tables of additional metrics such as walking speed, number of rewards, proportion of rewards obtained without contacting chamber sidewall, etc. (learning_stats.csv), and a series of plots and images.
