Norrie Disease Protein (NDP) gene knockdown patient-derived glioblastoma stem cell lines

RNA-Seq to test differential gene expression in response to Norrie Disease Protein (NDP) gene knockdown glioblastoma stem cells. Overall design: Two sets of NDP (Norrie Disease Protein) gene knockdown experiment samples (Representing two cell lines; one ASCL1-low "G411" and one ASCL1-high "G523" patient-derived GBM stem cell lines): Each set is composed of 9 samples, 3 for the scrambled control (labeled R then a digit representing the replicate number), 3 for the first knockdown construct (shNDp-A; labeled A then a digit representing the replicate number), and 3 for the second knockdown construct (shNDP-C; labeled C then a digit representing the replicate number) (Targeting same gene). Total sample number=18 (9 for each cell line).
