Tomato growth in production-like setting

This dataset contains observations of tomato growth in a production-like setting. Observations include environmental data and plant growth data. Environmental data refers to air temperature, humidity and photosynthetically active radiation / luminosity from two different types of sensors. Growth data refers to destructive analysis for fresh mass, dry mass and leaf area index, and to non-destructive monitoring using pictures, including pixel-level (segmentation) annotations of leaves and fruits, and total fresh weight of plant and wet substrate.

本数据集收录类生产环境下的番茄生长观测数据。观测内容涵盖环境数据与植株生长数据两类。其中，环境数据由两类不同传感器采集，具体包括空气温度、空气湿度及光合有效辐射/光照强度；植株生长数据包含两项内容：一是针对鲜重、干重与叶面积指数的破坏性分析测定；二是通过图像开展的非破坏性监测，该监测涵盖叶片与果实的像素级（分割）标注，以及植株总鲜重与湿基质重量。
