ARDB

In order to facilitate the identification and characterization of these genes, we have created a manually curated database—the Antibiotic Resistance Genes Database (ARDB)—unifying most of the publicly available information on antibiotic resistance. Each gene and resistance type is annotated with rich information, including resistance profile, mechanism of action, ontology, COG and CDD annotations, as well as external links to sequence and protein databases.为便于对这类基因开展鉴定与功能表征，我们构建了一款经人工审校的数据库——抗生素抗性基因数据库（Antibiotic Resistance Genes Database，ARDB），该库整合了目前绝大多数公开可用的抗生素抗性相关信息。每条基因及对应抗性类型均附带丰富的注释内容，涵盖抗性谱、作用机制、本体论（ontology）、COG注释、CDD注释，以及指向序列与蛋白质数据库的外部链接。
