Soil Test Results for 2010 PLOS

Data collected in the field in 2010. Column headings include the following: 1) Year – Year that study was conducted. 2) Stage: Refers to the stage of dry bean development when data was collected including; Plant (Planting Stage); 2-4, 4-8, or 8-16 TL (trifoliolate leaf stage); Flower (flowering stage). 3) Bean: Refers to the bean market class used in the intercropping treatment plots including B - for black beans, N for Navy beans, NONE for when beans were not presents in a plot. 4) Grass: refers to grass species used in the intercropping treatment plot including R (Annual Ryegrass), O (Oats), C (Corn), W (Wheat), and NONE (when grass species was not present in the plot). 5) Rep: refers to replication or block number. 5) Salt - Refers to the soluble salt content in ppm. 6) OM - soil organic matter content in LOI percentage 7) Zn - soil zinc concentration in ppm 8) Fe - soil iron concentration in ppm 8) Mn - soil manganese concentration in ppm 9) Cu - soil copper concentration in ppm 10) NO - soil nitrate nitrogen concentration in ppm.本数据集采集于2010年野外实地场景，其列标题及对应说明如下：1. 年份（Year）：研究开展的具体年份。2. 生育阶段（Stage）：指数据采集时干豆的发育阶段，涵盖播种阶段（Planting Stage）、2-4片三出复叶期（trifoliolate leaf stage，缩写TL）、4-8片三出复叶期、8-16片三出复叶期以及开花期（Flowering Stage）。3. 菜豆商品类型（Bean）：指间作试验小区中使用的菜豆品类，其中B代表黑豆（black beans），N代表海军豆（Navy beans），NONE代表小区内未种植菜豆。4. 伴生草本物种（Grass）：指间作试验小区中使用的草本种类，其中R代表一年生黑麦草（Annual Ryegrass），O代表燕麦（Oats），C代表玉米（Corn），W代表小麦（Wheat），NONE代表小区内未种植草本物种。5. 重复区组编号（Rep）：指试验重复或区组的编号。6. 土壤可溶性盐含量（Salt）：单位为ppm（百万分比浓度）。7. 土壤有机质含量（OM）：采用灼烧减重法（Loss on Ignition，缩写LOI）测得的百分比数值。8. 土壤锌浓度（Zn）：单位为ppm。9. 土壤铁浓度（Fe）：单位为ppm。10. 土壤锰浓度（Mn）：单位为ppm。11. 土壤铜浓度（Cu）：单位为ppm。12. 土壤硝态氮浓度（NO）：单位为ppm。
