Pretrained PyTorch checkpoints accompanying the manuscript "SpaProtFM: pseudo-H&E-conditioned masked panel extension for cross-cohort imaging mass cytometry" (Yin H, Briefings in Bioinformatics, in submission, 2026). Four MaskedUNetV2 checkpoints trained at seed 42 on a canonical 10-marker panel derived from three public Bodenmiller IMC cohorts (Damond, HochSchulz, Jackson): one pooled and three leave-one-out.
