FSH monitoring

We aimed to determine whether interindividual variability in FSH dynamics could explain suboptimal follicular recruitment, offering insights for more personalized stimulation strategies. Patients were stratified both according to ovarian reserve status—categorized as normal or diminished based on standard markers such as AMH and AFC—and according to ovarian responsiveness, defined by the FOI, with a cut-off value of 50%. Through the evaluation of serial FSH levels within these subgroups, we explored whether variations in serum FSH concentrations might reflect the impaired follicular recruitment despite standardized stimulation.
