Neuronal calcium spikes enable vector inversion in the Drosophila brain

Data used in the paper "Neuronal calcium spikes enable vector inversion in the Drosophila brain", by Ishida I.G., Sethi S., Mohren T.L., Haraguchi M., Abbott L.F., and Maimon G., Cell, 2025. electrophysiology_data contains the raw Axoscope files acquired during current-clamp recordings of PFNa neurons, as well as processed data for all cells in a given genotype in a single .h5 file. imaging_data contains raw and minimally-processed imaging datasets, minimally-processed behavior time series aligned to imaging data, and the ROI masks used to extract fluorescence values from raw imaging files. model_data contains population-averaged data used for fitting the models, as well as the output of the modeling code.
