包含4个数据文件: (1)氨氮对鲫鱼慢性毒理效应.xls (2)氨氮及藻毒素对鲫鱼仔鱼的复合毒理效应.xls (3)氨氮及藻毒素注射对鲫鱼的急性毒理效应.xls (4)氨氮及藻毒素对苦草的急性毒理效应.xls 主要包含了氨氮及藻毒素对鲫鱼造成的生理生化指标的影响,如特定生长率(SGR)、蛋白转化率(PER)、氧化防御系统的损伤,包括肝脏、血液中的SOD、CAT、GSH、ALT、AST、LDH等指标的变化;氨氮与藻毒素对苦草水生生物SOD、POD、CAT的影响。数据记录共72条。

This dataset contains 4 data files: 1. Chronic Toxic Effects of Ammonia Nitrogen on Crucian Carp.xls 2. Combined Toxic Effects of Ammonia Nitrogen and Algal Toxins on Larval Crucian Carp.xls 3. Acute Toxic Effects of Ammonia Nitrogen and Algal Toxins via Injection on Crucian Carp.xls 4. Acute Toxic Effects of Ammonia Nitrogen and Algal Toxins on Vallisneria natans.xls It primarily covers the impacts of ammonia nitrogen and algal toxins on physiological and biochemical indices of crucian carp, including specific growth rate (SGR), protein efficiency ratio (PER), and impairments to the oxidative defense system, such as alterations in SOD, CAT, GSH, ALT, AST, and LDH levels in the liver and blood. Additionally, it documents the effects of ammonia nitrogen and algal toxins on SOD, POD, and CAT of Vallisneria natans. A total of 72 data records are included in this dataset.
