该数据包含了广东省2019年至今创业培训定点机构名单，按照《关于做好全省创业培训定点机构认定职能下放承接工作的通知》（粤人社办〔2016〕137号）要求，市人社部门按照有关规定及程序，经过组织动员申报、申报材料审核、实地考察评审、面向社会公示等环节，组织认定。
This dataset comprises the roster of designated entrepreneurship training institutions in Guangdong Province from 2019 to the present. Pursuant to the requirements set forth in the Notice on Effectively Undertaking the Work of Delegating the Function of Designating Provincial Entrepreneurship Training Institutions (Yuerensheban 〔2016〕 No. 137), the municipal human resources and social security authorities conducted the designation procedure in accordance with relevant regulations and statutory processes, which encompassed mobilizing declaration submissions, reviewing application materials, carrying out on-site inspection and evaluation, and making public notifications to the general public.
