HUB genes transcriptionally regulate lipid metabolism in alve-olar type II cells under the condition of LPS stimulation

Pulmonary surfactant (PS) produced by alveolar type II (ATII) cells is necessary in maintaining normal lung function, and a decrease or change in composition of PS is the main cause of alveolar collapse in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). But the mechanism of decrease or com-position change of PS is still unknown.由肺泡II型上皮细胞（ATII细胞）分泌的肺表面活性物质（PS）是维持正常肺功能的必需物质，而肺表面活性物质含量降低或组成改变是急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）引发肺泡萎陷的主要诱因，但目前该物质含量降低或组成改变的具体机制仍未明确。
