LGEA

LungGENS is designed to facilitate the retrieval of lung cell-specific gene expression information from extensive data sets derived from RNA sequencing of single cells and to integrate to the data with previous RNA expression studies from mouse lung at various developmental times. LGEA web portal (Lung Gene Expression Analysis web portal), an extended version of LungGENS, is designed for analyses of lung gene expression patterns and mapping cell types in the developmental lung from single cells, sorted cell populations and whole tissue developmental studies. Current version of LGEA implements a number of new features and analytical methods. It allows the analysis of 1 ) single cell transcriptomes using LungGENS; 2) sorted lung cell populations using LungSortedCells; 3) Lung Developmental Time Course analysis using LungDTC; 4) Lung Disease analysis LungDisease; 5) Epigenetic analysis using LungEpigenetics; 6) Lung Image; 7) lung proteomics analysis using LungProteomics; 8) lung studies using external publication; 9) Lung Ontology Browser and 10) LGEA tool box to facilitate comparison and integration analyses.

LungGENS（肺细胞特异性基因表达检索平台）旨在从大规模单细胞RNA测序数据集中检索肺细胞特异性基因表达信息，并整合此前不同发育时期小鼠肺组织的RNA表达研究数据。LGEA网页门户（肺基因表达分析网页门户，Lung Gene Expression Analysis web portal）作为LungGENS的扩展版本，旨在针对单细胞、分选细胞群以及全组织发育研究的数据，开展肺基因表达模式分析与发育肺细胞类型图谱绘制。当前版本的LGEA新增了多项功能与分析方法，可支持以下分析功能：1）借助LungGENS分析单细胞转录组；2）通过分选肺细胞分析工具（LungSortedCells）分析分选的肺细胞群；3）利用肺发育时间进程分析模块（LungDTC）开展肺发育时间进程分析；4）进行肺疾病分析（LungDisease）；5）通过肺表观遗传分析模块（LungEpigenetics）开展表观遗传分析；6）肺图像（Lung Image）；7）依托肺蛋白质组分析模块（LungProteomics）分析肺蛋白质组；8）利用外部已发表研究开展肺研究；9）肺本体浏览器（Lung Ontology Browser）；10）LGEA工具箱，以辅助比较与整合分析。
