In CSV data files, the first column and second column represent the amplitude and phase of cavity pick-up signals respectively; the third column and fourth column represent the amplitude and phase of cavity reference signals respectively; the fifth column and sixth column represent the amplitude and phase of cavity forward signals respectively the seventh column and eighth column represent the amplitude and phase of cavity reflected signals respectively; The data sampling rate is 1.04 MHz.The data files of CM3 directory is the data of CM3-3 cavity befroe and after RF power is turned off.The data files of CM33_Tuner directory is the data of CM3-3 cavity frequency was tuned using a frequency tuner.The data files of CM33_SG directory is the data of CM3-3 cavity frequency was tuned by scanning the frequency of the signal generator.The data files of CM34 directory is the data of CM3-4 cavity data.
本数据集的CSV数据文件中,第一列与第二列分别对应腔体拾取信号(cavity pick-up signals)的振幅与相位;第三列与第四列分别对应腔体参考信号(cavity reference signals)的振幅与相位;第五列与第六列分别对应腔体前向信号(cavity forward signals)的振幅与相位;第七列与第八列分别对应腔体反射信号(cavity reflected signals)的振幅与相位。
本数据集的数据采样率为1.04 MHz。
CM3目录下的数据文件为射频功率关断前后的CM3-3腔体采集数据;
CM33_Tuner目录下的数据文件为采用频率调谐器对CM3-3腔体频率进行调谐时的采集数据;
CM33_SG目录下的数据文件为通过扫描信号发生器频率以调谐CM3-3腔体频率时的采集数据;
CM34目录下的数据文件为CM3-4腔体的采集数据。
