The Mikrozensus special surveys of the year 1982 have put an emphasis on questions on employment and labour market: in June occupational history (Mikrozensus MZ8202) in September job seeking/extra hours (Mikrozensus MZ8203) finally, in December professional development and retraining (Mikrozensus MT8204) The Mikrozensus has already provided important information on these topics in 1972 (Mikrozensus MZ7203) The surveys on job change conducted in the Mikrozensus only provide one part of the occupational history while a study on events in a complete occupational history is only possible if all occupational changes are recorded. This can be best achieved by recording all phases of the complete occupational history. One phase is defined as follows: A period over which the branch of industry, the job and the qualifications have remained the same. If one of these three factors has changed, a new phase has started. The inquiry on these three factors for all phases of the occupational history represents the main part of the special survey.
1982年微观普查(Mikrozensus)专项调查以就业与劳动力市场相关议题为核心重点:6月开展职业经历调查(Mikrozensus MZ8202)、9月开展求职/加班时长调查(Mikrozensus MZ8203),并于12月开展“职业发展与再培训”调查(Mikrozensus MT8204)。早在1972年,微观普查就已针对上述议题发布过重要调研数据(对应编号为Mikrozensus MZ7203)。微观普查中开展的职业变动调查仅能覆盖职业经历的部分维度,若要完整还原职业经历中的各类事件,则需记录全部职业变动节点。完整记录职业经历的所有阶段,正是实现这一目标的最优路径。职业经历的阶段定义如下:若某一时间段内,从业者的所属行业、就职岗位与资质条件均未发生变化,则该时间段即为一个职业阶段;若上述三项要素中的任意一项发生变动,则标志着新的职业阶段开启。针对职业经历各阶段的上述三项要素开展的问询调查,正是本次专项调查的核心内容。
