NanoMiner contains data on human samples (634 samples) exposed to nanoparticles. All the samples in the NanoMiner have been annotated, preprocessed and normalized using standard methods that ensure the quality of the data analyses and enable users to utilize the database systematically across the different experimental setups and platforms.
纳米矿物数据库（NanoMiner）收录了634例暴露于纳米颗粒的人类样本数据。该数据库内的全部样本均已通过标准化方法完成标注、预处理与归一化处理，此类方法既保障了数据分析的质量，同时支持用户在不同实验设置与平台上系统性地使用该数据库。
