该叶绿素a浓度数据集覆盖肯尼亚国家的水体,空间分辨率为10m,时间分辨率为2016年。根据悬浮物和叶绿素a的共同敏感特性作为最佳迭代位置,以估算的悬浮物浓度作为初始变量,通过一次迭代的方式,实现叶绿素a和悬浮物浓度贡献的分离,研发的叶绿素a浓度反演模型对生产的离水反射率影像结果进行反演得到叶绿素a浓度影像,通过计算2016年每处水体的叶绿素a浓度均值得到本数据集,数据格式为shp,本数据集主要应用于地理学、环境学等领域,可用于肯尼亚区域水环境研究。
This chlorophyll-a concentration dataset covers water bodies across Kenya, with a spatial resolution of 10 m and temporal coverage in 2016. Taking the co-sensitive characteristics of suspended matter and chlorophyll-a as the optimal iterative basis, using the estimated suspended matter concentration as the initial variable, a single-iteration approach was implemented to separate the concentration contributions of chlorophyll-a and suspended matter. The developed chlorophyll-a concentration inversion model was applied to invert the remotely sensed water-leaving reflectance imagery to generate chlorophyll-a concentration imagery. The final dataset was obtained by calculating the mean chlorophyll-a concentration of each water body in 2016. The data format is shapefile (SHP). This dataset is mainly applicable to fields such as geography and environmental science, and can be used for water environment research in the Kenyan region.
