使用FDTD对近场电场分布进行模拟仿真的，以及使用电子束曝光、热蒸发、反应离子刻蚀等工艺制备的双层光栅结构，同时结合拉曼光谱研究溶液环境中表面吸附分子和非表面吸附分子的腔模式增强 SERS 检测的数据，数据量约3.59 MB。
This dataset includes simulations of near-field electric field distribution using the Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) method, fabrication of double-layer grating structures via processes such as electron beam lithography, thermal evaporation and reactive ion etching, as well as data on cavity mode-enhanced Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) detection of surface-adsorbed and non-surface-adsorbed molecules in solution environments, investigated using Raman spectroscopy. The total data volume is approximately 3.59 MB.
