### Gene expression in the mandibular and maxillary arches _Fgfr1_ is expressed in the maxillary and mandibular mesenchyme at E10.5. At E12.5, it is expressed in the odontogenic and osteogenic mesenchyme of maxilla and mandible. ### 上下颌弓的基因表达
成纤维细胞生长因子受体1（Fgfr1）于胚胎发育第10.5天（E10.5）在上颌与下颌间充质（mesenchyme）中表达。在胚胎发育第12.5天（E12.5），其在上颌骨及下颌骨的牙源性（odontogenic）间充质与成骨源性（osteogenic）间充质中表达。在胚胎发育第14.5天（E14.5），Fgfr1表达于磨牙上皮（molar epithelium）、下颌骨成骨间充质以及舌组织中。
