This system primarily implements the supervision and management of daily operations and basic archives of slaughterhouses. By establishing a livestock and poultry slaughtering quarantine database, and leveraging electronic identification, intelligent slaughtering workshops, video surveillance, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices, it enables real-time access to information including livestock and poultry slaughtering status, meat hygiene conditions, and harmless treatment of diseased meat within the administrative region. This facilitates the scientific analysis and statistics of slaughter volumes and meat production, as well as the conduct of random spot checks and supervision, and the traceability of meat quality and safety.
