SPA-OPS - survey of library consortia - anonymised responses

Anonymised data from a survey of library consortia conducted as part of the Society Publishers Accelerating Open access and Plan S (SPA-OPS) project. Twenty-six responses were received.<br>This work was conducted by Alicia Wise and Lorraine Estelle of Information Power. The SPA-OPS project was commissioned by Wellcome, UKRI, and the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP).

本数据集为学会出版商加速开放获取与Plan S（SPA-OPS）项目框架下开展的图书馆联盟调研的匿名化数据，本次调研共回收26份有效回复。
本调研工作由Information Power的艾丽西亚·怀斯（Alicia Wise）与洛林·埃斯特尔（Lorraine Estelle）完成。SPA-OPS项目由惠康（Wellcome）、英国研究与创新署（UKRI）以及学术与专业学会出版商协会（ALPSP）委托开展。
