针对目前国内外水果保鲜剂气体渗透性固定难调、保鲜效果不理想等问题,开展以载单宁酸壳聚糖多孔微球为气体“开关”的聚合物膜气体渗透性调控技术研究,制备载单宁酸多孔微球气调鲜果保鲜剂新产品,实现水果包装内 CO2、 O2 等气氛自发性调节,提高保鲜效果。实验室小样确定后,在贝思帝诺生物科技(昆明)有限公司和墨江县洪森虫胶有限公司进行小试生产。 小试产 品在广西、云南等地用于水果保鲜,用户使用效果良好。

Aiming at the problems of difficult adjustment and fixed gas permeability and unsatisfactory fresh-keeping effect of fruit fresh-keeping agents at home and abroad, this study conducted research on the polymer membrane gas permeability regulation technology using tannic acid-loaded chitosan porous microspheres as gas "switches". A new type of modified-atmosphere fresh fruit fresh-keeping agent loaded with porous microspheres was prepared, which realized the spontaneous regulation of atmosphere components such as CO₂ and O₂ inside fruit packaging, thereby improving the fresh-keeping effect. After the laboratory-scale samples were finalized, pilot-scale production was carried out at Bestino Biotechnology (Kunming) Co., Ltd. and Mojiang Hongsen Shellac Co., Ltd. The pilot-scale products were applied for fruit fresh-keeping in Guangxi, Yunnan and other regions, and received favorable user feedback.
