将MICAgen小鼠经皮下（subcutaneous, sc）注射100微克（µg）MCA。约100天后，将携带纤维肉瘤的小鼠随机分为五组，单次给予赋形剂、0.5 mg/kg MICAB1 PDB2G-抗体偶联药物（Antibody-Drug Conjugate, ADC）、2 mg/kg MICAB1 PDB2G-ADC、IC-PDB2G，或赋形剂。随时间推移的单只小鼠肿瘤体积结果如图所示（每组n=15只）。
