资源简介:
These two spreadsheets are used for individual and group risk analysis respectively. In the individual sheet, individual meerkats are listed at different time periods. Each animal has a unique code. Year and Year 2 are different groupings for the time period being investigated. Sex is a binary variable, and Tb-status refers to whether the animals has been identified as a TB case (1) or not (0). Final age is the last age for that animal before it either dies or the end of the study. Age_yrs, life-stg, and Age. cat are all different groupings of age. Natal_Group is the social group that the animal was born in and final group is where it ended up. Ever_dom refers to whether it ever became the dominant animal in a group, and Dominance_duration denotes how many days it remained in this position. In the Group level sheet, different social groups are listed. Group formation date and group end dates are given (when the group ceased to exist. Social group size is given by av_size and gp_size. Year, Yr_period, and year_period are different date groupings. dis_status differentiates between groups that have never had TB observed (0) and those that have (1). ad_sub_m gives the number of group members who are oover one year old, male, and not dominant. ad_sub_m12 is the maximum number of such animals in a group in the past year. Columns Q-U characterise the rainfall in each time period. dom_change, dom_change6, and dom_change 12 refer to whether a dominance change occurred in a given month (1) or not (0), or in the previous 6 or 12 months. Similarly, imm, imm6, and imm12 refer to whether new members joined the group that month (1) or not (0), or in the previous 6 or 12 months.
