Data set 5 - GAPDH phylogenies

The following trees of the GAPDH family allow for a quick comparative analysis between the raw re-assembled transcriptomes on one side and the de-contaminated and consolidated transcriptomes on the other side. 本数据集配套的甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶（GAPDH）家族演化树可用于快速开展两组转录组的对比分析：一组为原始重组装转录组，另一组为去污染整合转录组。

分析结果表明，本文所提出的分析策略可在保留绝大多数分类学与系统发育信号的前提下，显著降低序列数据的冗余度并提升数据洁净度。
