Data for "Effect of Coil Position on SiC Single Crystal Growth during TSSG in a Si–Cr–C Melt System"

This dataset supports the article entitled “Effect of Coil Position on SiC Single Crystal Growth during TSSG in a Si–Cr–C Melt System”. The dataset contains three folders: 1. Dynamic_Coil_Downshifting, containing CGSim project files for the dynamic coil-downshifting simulation from 0 mm to −100 mm over a total simulated growth duration of 30 h; 2. Static_Coil_Positions, containing CGSim project files for five static coil positions: +100, +50, 0, −50, and −100 mm; and 3. Experimental_data, containing the experimental data used for model validation. The CGSim project files are provided in the proprietary .dcr format and require CGSim software and an appropriate software licence to open.A README file describing the organisation and basic contents of the deposited dataset is included.
