HS of identifies the origin of the binding motif: ‘HS-Clust’ indicates the hitting set of hitting sets of star cluster profiles, ‘HS-Sig’ indicates the hitting set of hitting sets of signature profiles (see Figure 11 and Figure 9). In which HS identifies in which of the (1-, 2- or 3-) hitting sets does the binding motif appear.
