LC-MS/MS data obtained from Co-IP experiments.

Data are presented in five different tabs. The “Results Summary Tab” lists the calculated fold enrichment (TgPPM3C-HA/Control) and -log2 p-values for all of the proteins detected in each replicate. The “Replicate 1/2 Analysis” tabs demonstrate data transformation steps and equations used to determine average protein fold enrichment and p-values. The “Replicate 1/2 Raw Data” tabs provide information on search engine identification quality parameters (e.g. PEP scores, Percolator q-values, etc.). This dataset has been deposited into the mass spectrometry open access repository Chorus under Project ID 1695. (XLSX)
