File 1 (am-materials-properties-2026) lists 36 materials across four categories — filaments (19), resins (7), powders (4) and metals (6) — with chemical formula, density (g/cm3), glass-transition temperature Tg (C), and approximate molecular weight. Materials include PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, Nylon, PC, PA-CF, PEEK, PEI/Ultem, standard/tough/flexible/castable/dental/high-temp/water-washable resins, PA12/PA11/TPU/PEBA powders, and AlSi10Mg, 316L, Ti-6Al-4V, Inconel 718, CoCr and copper metals. File 2 (materials-comparison-2026) compares 11 representative materials by tensile strength, flexibility, heat resistance, chemical resistance, price per kg and ease of use.
