Retention of Water Ice in Lunar Permanent Shadowed Regions

This repository contains the sample code from the paper and datasets for various parameter sensitivity analysis cases. code.py: Simulates a micro cold trap with a 10-meter radius and depth, featuring a constant temperature boundary of 150 K, an external water vapor flux (Jin = 1.3×10⁻¹⁵ kg·m⁻²·s⁻¹), and 5% initial saturation. data: Organized into 4 directories by cold trap boundary temperature. Data for different cold trap radius are located in Tboundary=150K. Datasets for water vapor influx, geothermal flux, and grid independence verification are stored in Tboundary=150K/R=10m.
