Information given in each volume includes: registered number, papers, date of registration, from whom received, address, date of letter, particulars, to whom and when referred, and result/remarks. For letters from the Auditor General before the commencement of this series see NRS 14104. After 30 June 1896 letters from the Auditor General were entered in the series NRS 14108.
