To investigate the deficiency of a histone methyltransferase, Ash1L, in primary sensory neurons in the regulation of neurite hyperinnervation and neuronal excitability, we established Ash1l haploinsufficiency mice. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of dorsal root ganglions from Ash1l+/- and its littermate wild type mice.
