Supporting data for "Protective effects of Amauroderma rugosum water extract against age-associated vascular disorders"

Supporting data for my PhD study, under the data management plan (DMP ID: PRP/100/20FX). This study investigates the acute or chronic effects of Amauroderma rugosum water extract, which is a niched fugus species that has local plantation in Hong Kong, on vascular functions under physiological and pathological conditions with mouse model or in vitro experiments, referring to the dtailed notes under this project.The data are collected to identify and determine the phenotypes and mechanism, which will be ultilized in the thesis and manuscript for publication.The datasets will be summarized and categorized according to the project framework. It is comprised of raw data (experimental files, excel files, images), and prism files containing statistical analysis and graphs.

本数据集为本人博士研究的配套支撑数据，严格遵循数据管理计划（Data Management Plan，简称DMP），编号为PRP/100/20FX。本研究以香港本地拥有规模化种植的特色真菌物种皱盖假芝（Amauroderma rugosum）的水提取物为研究对象，借助小鼠模型与体外实验手段，探究其在生理及病理状态下对血管功能的急性与慢性效应，具体细节可参阅本项目项下的详细说明文档。本数据集的采集旨在明确并确定相关表型与作用机制，相关研究成果将应用于博士学位论文及待发表的学术稿件中。本数据集将按照项目研究框架进行汇总与分类，涵盖原始数据（含实验文件、Excel表格、图像文件）以及包含统计分析与可视化图表的Prism文件。
