<b>Table S1. List of biallelic SNPs and small indels in high linkage disequilibrium (LD) (<i>r</i><sup>2</sup> ≥ 0.8) with the inversion and duplications in 17q21.3 and the 8p23.1 inversion.</b> LD between experimentally validated genotypes and 1000 Genomes Project SNPs and indels was estimated in global (GLB) and European (EUR) populations (see Supplementary Methods). The allele tagging the alternative orientation (H2 or O2) is specified for the inversions, but not for the duplications.
