Abstract  Aerobic granular sludge microogranisms are cultivated in a sequential batch reactor (SRB), and samples were fed different carbon source mixtures, including volatile fatty acids (day 71), complex monomeric (day 322 and 427), and complex polymeric (day 740). This study utilizes the dataset PRJEB38840 (Adler et al 2022 Sfam) to construct Metagenome-assembled genomes using two distinct workflows (A and B), making a in-house genome collection of 759 MAGs in total, and 331 remained after dereplication step. Data including metagenomic assemblies, MAGs and its associated metadata are added to this Zenodo collection. This MAGs collection reveals median genome size, N50 value, and L50 value to be 3.72 Mbp, 39.57 Kbp, and 28, respectively. Post-dereplication step, Accumulibacter (n=19), Nitrosomonas (n=12), Propionivibrio (n=11), Daejeonella (n=9), and Azonexus (n=8) were frequently occurring genera based on GTDB.
