Liver transcriptome (BXD)

Expression profile of Liver transcriptome of BXDs, C57BL6/J and DBA2/J. We use expression QTL analysis to discover disease loci and regulatory pathways regulating serum lipid levels. Keywords: strains 18 BXDs, DBA2/J C57BL6/J were sacrificed at 10-20 weeks of age. Liver tissues were collected from three unfasted males for each of the mouse used for these analyses. We then measured differences in gene expression profile between each RI/parents and B6 17.5 day embryos.本数据集涵盖BXDs、C57BL6/J及DBA2/J小鼠的肝脏转录组表达谱。本研究通过表达数量性状位点（expression QTL, eQTL）分析，挖掘调控血清脂质水平的疾病位点与调控通路。本次分析所用的18个BXDs品系、DBA2/J及C57BL6/J小鼠均于10~20周龄时处死；针对每个受试小鼠品系，本研究均选取3只未禁食的雄性个体采集肝脏组织。随后测定了各重组近交系（Recombinant Inbred, RI）/亲本小鼠与B6 17.5天胚胎间的基因表达谱差异。
