Abnormal event-related delta, theta, and alpha coherence response using visual oddball paradigm in Parkinson’s disease associated with cognitive impairment

Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease characterized by number of motor and non-motor dysfunctions. EEG pattern is a predictive of cognitive function in PD. In the present study, we investigated intra-hemispheric event related coherence with different cognitive dysfunctions in PD during visual oddball paradigm.

帕金森病（Parkinson’s disease, PD）是一类常见的神经退行性疾病，以多种运动及非运动功能障碍为特征。脑电图（Electroencephalogram, EEG）模式可用于预测帕金森病患者的认知功能。本研究针对帕金森病患者，在视觉Oddball范式实验过程中，探究其存在不同认知功能障碍时的半球内事件相关相干性。
