Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a common neurodegenerative disease characterized by number of motor and non-motor dysfunctions. EEG pattern is a predictive of cognitive function in PD. In the present study, we investigated intra-hemispheric event related coherence with different cognitive dysfunctions in PD during visual oddball paradigm.
帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease, PD)是一类常见的神经退行性疾病,以多种运动及非运动功能障碍为特征。脑电图(Electroencephalogram, EEG)模式可用于预测帕金森病患者的认知功能。本研究针对帕金森病患者,在视觉Oddball范式实验过程中,探究其存在不同认知功能障碍时的半球内事件相关相干性。
