Eye-tracking data - LICR6

The file contains aggregated eye-tracking data from 48 upper-secondary and university students, from a practice session where two different types of mathematics tasks were used. One group practiced with given solution strategies, while the other had to construct their own solution strategies. Dwell time and fixations in five areas of interest were recorded (i.e., illustration, description, formula, example, and question). The two groups were matched on cognitive scores, gender and mathematics grade. Page 1 includes the data set while page 2 includes descriptions of the variables.
