This dataset is generated through one-time processing with patent bibliometric models based on raw patent data. Its core output is the overall innovation score, which is calculated via a weighted average algorithm and integrates three dimensions: the rarity of IPC classification codes reflecting technical innovativeness, collaboration strength (the number of inventors and cooperating institutions), and examination efficiency (the time gap between patent application and public disclosure).
