通过大数据分析水用户的实际用水量使用情况,结合历史用水数据和用水设备信息,计算微小流流量区间,对实际使用中的漏水风险及时预警。1、获取夜间最小流量(立方米/小时)、地区、户号等数据项,计算同时期地区最大夜间用水量(立方米)、同时期地区最小夜间用水量(立方米)、同时期地区平均夜间用水量(立方米)
2、分析用水的时间段、识别用户用水高峰和低峰期规律,结合季节变化给出用水行为特征
3、使用机器学习算法(随机森林、支持向量机、神经网络等)进行分类或回归分析识别用户异常用水行为、计算出kL值。
4、根据kL值正常区间,对用户进行用水量监测,输出是否漏水预警。例如若用户夜间最小流量超过kL值正常区间,可能表明有漏水风险并进行预警
This dataset leverages big data analytics to examine the actual water consumption of water users, integrates historical water usage data and water equipment information to compute the micro-flow interval, and delivers timely early warnings for water leakage risks during actual usage.
1. Collect data items including nighttime minimum flow rate (cubic meters per hour), region, household number, etc., and calculate the regional maximum nighttime water consumption (cubic meters), regional minimum nighttime water consumption (cubic meters), and regional average nighttime water consumption (cubic meters) over the same period.
2. Analyze water usage time periods, identify the patterns of user water usage peaks and troughs, and derive water usage behavior characteristics combined with seasonal variations.
3. Employ machine learning algorithms (Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, Neural Network, etc.) for classification or regression analysis to detect abnormal user water usage behaviors and calculate the kL value.
4. Monitor user water consumption based on the normal range of the kL value, and determine whether to issue a water leakage early warning. For instance, if a user's nighttime minimum flow rate exceeds the normal range of the kL value, it may indicate a potential water leakage risk and an early warning will be triggered.
