Bioenergetic and molecular fitness of ARI0002h infusion products are associated with long-term clinical benefit in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma

Total RNA was extracted from sorted CAR⁺CD4⁺ and CAR⁺CD8⁺ populations from 12 patients (6 LTR [Good_resp] and 6 STR [Bad_resp]) using the RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen, Hilden, Germany). Libraries were sequenced on a NovaSeq 6000 platform (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA) generating ≥30 million paired-end reads per sample. Mapping to the human reference transcriptome GRCh38 and transcript quantification were performed using kallisto (v.0.46.1). We obtained abundance.tsv files for each sample and cell population (see the file metadata.tsv). This repository contains the processed RNA-seq data (expression matrices/counts and metadata) related with this publication.
