Dataset for: Integrated Nutrient Management Enhances Potato Yield and Quality under Acidic Soil Conditions in Kenya

This dataset contains raw and processed data from a field experiment evaluating the effects of integrated organic and inorganic nutrient management on potato yield and tuber quality under acidic soil conditions in Kenya. The study was conducted across two cropping seasons (2024 short rains and 2025 long rains). Data include yield components, specific gravity, tuber dry matter content, starch estimates, and related agronomic parameters under different nutrient management treatments.
