本数据集包含已完成双端解复用并合并的Illumina MiSeq测序读段。需先将seqs_filt_[1-6].fa拼接为单一文件，方可开展后续处理与分析。原始FASTA文件已拆分以适配figshare的文件上传大小限制。映射文件（mapping file）中载明了样本ID、条形码序列及元数据信息。
