MCR LTER: Coral Reef: Water Column: Nutrients, ongoing since 2005

This data package contains water chemistry measurements taken approximately bi-monthly
at 3 stations on the north shore of Moorea, French Polynesia: Forereef, Lagoon, Fringing
Reef. Nutrients are measured from water samples collected with Niskin bottles or Falcon
tubes. For completeness, nutrient measurements are reported even when concentrations are
below the detection limit of the method, which commonly occurs at this site. Sampling
began in August, 2005 and is ongoing.

本数据集包含法属波利尼西亚莫雷阿岛北岸3个监测站位的水体化学测量数据，采样频率约为每两月一次，3个站位分别为岸礁区（Forereef）、潟湖区（Lagoon）与裙礁区（Fringing Reef）。营养盐指标通过采用尼斯金采水瓶（Niskin bottles）或Falcon管（Falcon tubes）采集的水体样品进行分析测定。为确保数据完整性，即便营养盐浓度低于检测方法的检出限（此类情况在该监测站位较为常见），仍会如实上报测量结果。本采样工作自2005年8月启动，目前仍在持续开展。
