Supplemental Table 3: Enriched GO Terms in Moderate CH

Significant (P.adj.<0.05) GO terms were identified with Gene Ontology enrichment analysis (R package: gProfiler2). “Gene” column lists the DEGs that were annotated to each enriched GO term. Coloring of each individual gene represents fold change values (Red, Upregulated; Blue, Downregulated).

通过基因本体（Gene Ontology, GO）富集分析（R包：gProfiler2），筛选得到校正后P值（P.adj）小于0.05的显著GO条目。"基因"列列出了注释至各富集GO条目的差异表达基因（Differentially Expressed Genes, DEGs）。各基因的着色代表其表达倍数变化值，其中红色代表上调基因，蓝色代表下调基因。
